The average age of homeless cats is under 1 year, because during the first year of life, virtually all street cats die from attacks of stray dogs.
Most homeless kittens shown here born in spring of 2007 are unlikely to live till the end of the summer of 2007. The conveyor of homeless cats dying of stray dogs only increases each year as thousand of cats and kittens are thrown out in the streets by pet owners.
