Recommendations on viewing videofiles of videomonitoring.       Each subject of videomonitoring in the form of tables is represented by two videofiles:       - a short videofile for previewing to grasp the gist and nature of the subject. This videofile is of low resolution, its size around 200 kbytes. The videofile is loaded automatically as you enter the viewing page. Users with a slow speed of the Internet should, after a 15-20 s pause, click on the button “Play” in the video-player window. With users operating the Internel allocated channel, the videofile is loaded immediately;       - a long videofile for downloading on the user’s hard disk. The quality of this videofile is intermediate (Medium resolution), size from 0,5 Mb to 10 Mb, it has no pre-view page with an automatic loading.       Thus, after previewing the short clip of video subject, the user is able to download a full video subject. This procedure makes it possible to save time and the HDD space; it also enables the low-speed Internet users to have an idea of videomonitoring on the basis of short clips.
