Videomonitoring of stray dogs in Moscow
In 2006-2007, out organization conducted videomonitoring of stray dogs in Moscow that proved violations of the RF federal legislation and of many statutory rights of citizens to a friendly environment in conditions of high dog population density in Moscow.
