Ужасающее инцидент произошел в селе Чатарпур в окрестностях Кундаркжи. В среду днем стая из 10-15 собак напала на девочку когда она шла через поле для того чтобы встретиться с друзьями. Дети услышали ее крики и попытались придти на помощь, но девочка умерла на месте от полученных ран.
Житель поселка Наджам Али Хан заявил, что нападения собак на детей у них происходят регулярно и что они давно этим сыты по горло. В штате Уттар Прадеш от собак постоянно гибнут дети.

Власти дали указание чиновникам избавить эту местность от собак и обезьян с помощью стерилизации. Если порядок наведен не будет, то меры будут приняты против чиновников, заявили в администрации.

Moradabad: A seven-year-old girl was mauled to death by a pack of stray dogs on Wednesday afternoon while walking in her village near here. The horrific incident took place in Chitrpur village in Kundarki tehsil here. The girl had taken a route through some fields to meet her friends for play when she was attacked by a pack of 10-15 dogs, according to eyewitnesses.
"The dogs attacked her in the limbs and neck. Some local boys rushed to her help after hearing her cries," said the girl's father, Haroon Khan, talking to TOI. "But by the time they reached her, it was too late and she died on the spot of her injuries. Police also arrived there afterwards, but we preferred not to get a post mortem done and buried her by the evening," the father added.
Stray dogs have become a menace not just in the villages around Moradabad, but also in residential areas of the city. "Two days ago, a pack even entered a house and attacked a boy. A week ago, another pack attacked a man at an industrial area. We are fed up with the havoc wreaked by them, while the administration has turned a blind eye to the menace," said Najam Ali Khan, a resident of Jigar Colony, which has borne the brunt of these attacks.
Colony residents have informed district officials and even written to chief minister Akhilesh Yadav about the stray dog menace. "The attacks come at a time when the state government, in its bid to further Prime Minister Modi's dream to build smart cities, is trying to get rid of stray dogs and monkeys. But they seem to be multiplying here," said Khan.
"The authorities have been ordered to catch stray dogs and monkeys from across the district after the incident at Chatarpur when a girl was killed. Zila panchayat and Nagar Nigam officials have been directed to carry out sterilization drives. If officials are found not complying with the order, action will be taken against them," said Moradabad district magistrate Zuhair Bin Saghir, talking to TOI.
